    Toal Gym to Gr8flex

    "I'd been a free weight user since I was 13 years old. Using free weights I injured my lower back doing overhead presses. It wasn't until I came across the Total Gym in my 30's that I switched to using the glide board system as I felt it provided additional support for that same nagging lower back injury. Now in my 70's I discovered the Gr8flex and needed to replace my 40 year old Total Gym. It was a no brainer as Gr8flex offered a lifetime warranty and so many more included attachments. I've been using my Gr8flex for the past 2 1/2 years and couldn't be happier.     It's ok

    "Unfolding and setting up is a bit weird and clunky. I still can't really understood the way the double leg straps are supposed to work because it's not long enough to reach both legs- I am 5'3. I wish the mats ran the whole length because you have to lift each end to place them on the mats, and it's too heavy for that."
